"If you've ever seen a street performer and found yourself wondering what he might be like at home—or who might be the woman behind the man in the red nose—Tyson's piece offers some inventive insight." Lauren Marks
Tick, tick, tick,... Time is running out...Tick, tick, tick, as one man attempts to escape from the "twilight zone" of a broken heart. "What do you mean it's over? Come on, I'll let you pick my nose." It's a part comic, part tragic all encompassing journey to save ones sanity from the sorrows of a lost love...will he make it?... tick, tick...?

Who is David Tyson? Well, he has been compared to being a little like Robin Williams, the Marx Brothers and Al Pacino, all rolled into one; the comparison was made by his mother but it still counts. He bills himself as a modern day jester and just like the jesters of days gone by he weaves together stories that are sure to entertain both the young and “not so young.” David Tyson is the Artistic Director of his, “Weaver of Tales Theatre.” He uses his skills as an: actor, storyteller, mask performer, comic and clown, to create and adapt material. He has been performing solo and group shows at fairs, festivals, theaters and schools through out the United States for close to twenty years. |
