Jennie Franks (Writer, actor) wrote the lyrics to Aqualung. She's come a long way since sitting on a park bench. She is also an award winning documentary filmmaker. Houston International Film Festival and Telluride's Mountainfilm for her children's film "The Ballad of Arthur Muldoon She also wrote and directed the educational film Soft Smoke, AIDS in the Rural West which is shown all over the country to young people as part of AIDS awareness programs. Jennie started her acting career in England and now finally, she has returned to her first love - the theatre. Her first play The Powder Room recently had a reading at the Lost Studio in Los Angeles. She lives part-time in Telluride, Colorado and runs the Telluride Playwrights Festival each summer, through the non-profit Sparky Productions. |
SASHA CUCCINIELLO (Director) is an actor and theatre artist who has worked both on-stage and behind the scenes in New York for many years before relocating to the beautiful and inspiring mountains of Telluride.In New York she was a founding member of CuriousNoise Theatre and a company actor with Red Metal Mailbox. As an actor Sasha has appeared in: Sleep Cycle (Duck Theatre), How 2 Men Got On In the World (Connelly Theatre), Fefu and Her Friend's (The Culture Project), Rubber Chicken Suite (The Tank, One Arm Red), Space Karaoke (The Tank, One Arm Red), Fractal Remainder (Red Metal Mailbox), Travelogue: an Illustrated Motion Picture of Memory (Curious Noise Theatre), Lovebird with a Mirror (Curious Noise Theatre), SHORTS (Collective Unconscious), Desire Caught by the Tail (Here Arts Center), City for Sale (San Francisco Mime Troupe) and the film, 9 Keys (Dishwasher Studio). With Philip Arnoult and the Center for International Theatre Development, she traveled to Budapest, Russia, and the Sundance Theatre Lab. She has also worked with Performance Space 122 and The San Francisco Mime Troupe. In Telluride Sasha has started her own company, SquidShow, and most recently wrote, directed and performed in a traveling theatrical experience, A DAY. She is currently working on LoveShow which will be performed summer '08. Sasha works for an amazing TV station, RSN Channel 14 Telluride.

Maureen Hamill (Producer) learned how to produce over a period of eight years and formed Hamill Productions. Maureen has written, directed and performed in many theatrical productions in Connecticut and nationwide.Her directorial credits are Broadway Moments, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar, Man of LaMancha, Annie, Anything Goes, The Sound of Music, Music Man, Guys & Dolls, Tintypes, Jerry's Girls, Side by Side by Sondheim, My Fair Lady, Jaques Brel, Forum, and Same Time Nest Year. Maureen's original shows include Thanks for the Memories 1945, Millennium Melodies, It's a Wrap, Toob Time, Positively Porter, I'll be Seeing You and Broadway Moments. |
